Help to register CAZ1011 serial number

I have purchased this watch and I also have the invoice, but I am unable to find it using the serial number (CAZ1011.WMP2320)in order to register it on your website. Could you please assist me, as I cannot locate this serial number?

Did you enter CAZ1011.WMP2320 or only WMP2320 as the serial number? If it was the former, that's your problem. The serial number doesn't include the reference number CAZ1011.
