Hello all,

Apologies for dim question - how do I get nice big photos like yours up on the forum? I've tried the 'upload' button, but it only came up as a small, poor quality shot on the thread.

2nd question - when I tried the upload button again I had the 'file too large' message, so what's the easiest way to reduce the file size before uploading (without cropping the photo)?

Any help much apreciated - Cheers!

You hit the download button and the image uploads, you should see choices as to whether you want to post thumbnail or full images. You need to select full image.

Do you have a mac? If so you can use preview to rescale the resolution of the image and shrink it without cropping

Plan B: Upload to photobucket, that will rescale automatically then post the photobucket link here

Just an image on how I often do it in a quick minute......outside of adjusting the camera to snap smaller images in the first place........hope it helps.
