Well the movement looks like a Valjoux 7733 which was used by many different makers through the 60s and 70s. I think Heuer used it too but the logo engraving looks rather crude. Not sure if that helps. I certainly don't recognise a model with that dial, looks a bit like a Zodiac dial, but that's not to say Heuer didn't make it.
