I'm ready to pull the trigger on one of two Omega's but unsure as their both desirable.A Mark 40 blue dial that's very nice but needs a new leather band or a Constellation quartz gold accents in original box. Can't swing both of them.Which of the two is more desirable should I at some point decide to re-sell.Cost to me is identical on either.

Speedmaster chrono day date month. No pics....
Oh, a Speedmaster Triple-Date with the 24H indicator? I'd totally go that over a quartz Constellation any day of the week

Mechanical watches are where the resale is compared to quartz.

There are very few modern Omegas I would like to own enough to shell out the required cash. That Speedy reduced is one of them. 👍

All look very nice, especially the Speedmaster triple-date. Even the boxes are nice.

Good luck with the purchase,

I didn't read the rest of the story but was going to say the Automatic will alway be more valuable than the chip powered watch. The Speedmaster would have been the one to go for.
