Help me identify this Constellation

Hi,

I just purchased this watch online, and upon researching, I failed to find one that is identical to this. All the Constellation I've seen has a black "Automatic Chronometer Officially Certified Constellation" font together with the indexes. and this one is white. On top of that, I couldn't find one with a similar dial color.

Can someone help me identify if this is a retouched dial or not?

Looks like ref. 168.004/010 with an uncommon gray/brown dial - original, not retouched.

Too bad, I won't get this watch. The seller is fake! Filed a paypal dispute now.

No more chronocentric.com for me now.
