Help - lost crown (CV2010-2)

I have the below watch and was wondering if I can but the crown as I have lost it. I don’t want to send to Tag as it’s expensive so was wondering if this is possible. Apologies if this is the wrong forum or if someone could point me in the right direction please. Thanks
