Help indentifying old Universal Geneve watch

Hey, I'm new here but I was looking for some information on an old watch I have.This watch was my great grandfathers and is from around 1940's or so, maybe a little later, although I know pretty much nothing else about it. It also has a 14k Tiffany & Co band with his initials engraved in it. Does anyone know where I could find more info on this watch/ how much it is worth? Any help would be much appreciated.

Nice to have you here, if you could post a clearer image of the dial it would be nice. Also a good picture of the back of the watch and if you have one, of the movement.
