Hello!

New here, thanks for having me. Recently picked up a stunning Omega Classic in 14k and have been getting more into Omega’s.

I have the chance to purchase a Constellation in 18k gold w/ gold pie pie pan dial. I have a few pics but can take more detailed pictures once it arrives at the shop tomorrow.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Ts on the dial but no tritium, Cal 752 which is a Day-Date calibre and non-chronometer in what should be a chronometer rated watch, all very wrong.

What he said ^
Plus
No brickwork on the observatory.
Perlaging inside the caseback.
That odd 091919 reference.
No side facets on the lugs.
Peculiar striations on the dial facets.

As fake as it gets.

Good job you asked @omegaguy123 👍

Oof.

I appreciate both of your replies. I had some doubts after a little searching so wanted to post here before pulling the trigger, glad I did.

One more question, I found a Constellation with same reference/cal. from a fairly reputable watch company.

Thoughts?

The question really should be - who says they are reputable?

They can’t be that reputable if they are selling fake watches.
- and you could say anyone can make a mistake but this seller has called itself vintage gold watches.

This watch is from the same stable as the one you first posted.

Classic fake dial (just look at the script)
Classic fake case.
Mismatched movt.
Same unknown case reference.

Don't know about that. It's only off by one zero😀
I wouldn’t even pay £495 for a crappy fake omega.

The only thing in that package worth having is the 1960s Constellation box - which still has its tray.
Perhaps worth £100-£150?
