I’ve been a long time lurker, finally decided to register so I can contribute to conversations and ask questions. I live in NJ, originally from Tanzania. I love watches and have newfound respect for luxury watches, I usually buy cheapie ones and g-shocks are my favorite because they’re literally un-breakable and I am a natural klutz. I have a cheapie $50 gshock that still works from 14 years ago and it’s seen all my embarrassing falls

Welcome! Don't worry, we have MANY convincing reasons you need a Seamaster, a Speedy, probably a vintage Connie, and maybe an Aqua Terra in addition to your classic G-Shock...and then there's other brands, too... 😗

Haha have fun and we do like to see cheapies and G-Shocks too! 😉

Welcome fellow tri-state person! Take the GW bridge or Lincoln tunnel on the weekend and head to 25th and 6th in Manhattan and check out the Chelsea Flea market. Loads of used watches and for sure something will catch your eye! I'm there every weekend hunting watches as well 👍

Welcome, and wow, what a beautiful country you come from! Which part if I may ask? You certainly have adjusted well to the New York area lingo 😉
