Hi everyone!

Long story short, I purchased my beloved Speedy (3572.50) back in 2012 and been in love with it ever since.
I almost pulled the trigger on a PO LE few months later but eventually I got "reasoned" by my girlfriend of that time...
Now after a long break I'm on the hunt for a 2254.50 'Peter Blake', hopefully in good conditions and at a reasonable price 馃榾unsure馃榾.

I hope I'll get to share the good news with you if I manage to find one, I understand they are hard to come by nowadays...

Bienvenu! I am obliged to you for bringing to OF, and maybe the whole Anglophone world, the expression "I got 'reasoned' by my girlfriend". Anyone with a watch/car/boats/golf etc habit knows the feeling, and now has the words. 馃榿

Well, had to be the french guy to make up such an expression I believe 馃槵 I really was lacking better words to express that though 馃う
I'm glad you got my point anyway... and that you share that point too 馃榿 (that PO LE reasoning thing brings back memories...).
