Hello from another new UK member

Hello everyone, I can't believe I hadn't found this forum before, especially as the majority of my collection are Omega's....
Some of you may know me from the omega forum on WUS (although I haven't been on there for a long time) and I am also on IWL, TZ-UK and the Christopher Ward forum. I have been a bit inactive on all the forums as life has been busy and there are too many temptations on the sales corners which doesn't help me to be good and not buy more watches.

Any how, I kick around on instergram and came across Chris Mann's podcast, Time 4a pint, and that lead me here.

I have a watch habit, there I said it.

I have recently got more into vintage watches as I love the earlier watch styles and sizes and I have come to realise this is a very slippery slope.... But I love the hunt, except when two or three great examples of the watches I am looking out for come up for sale at the same time as I generally never have enough money to buy them all.....

Welcome aboard, some nice watches you have there. That Smiths will go down well with a certain Scottish gent on here! Especially like your last photo showing great taste in whisky, looks like you’ve enjoyed a fair amount of it already!

@Clarky Do you make those straps? Looking at the watermark... ClarkyStraps.

I did and still do occasionally but with my wife and I having just had our first child, i have no spare time for strap making currently.

Thank you and yes I'm the same Clarky as on the CW forum. I still pop in occasionally but life has kept me very busy so haven't been on any forums much for the last 18- 24 month.
