I ran into this Polerouter from an online seller but found nothing about its information, what do you guys think?

Besides that, do you see any other potential issues with the watch itself from these pictures?

I was just being silly, this is a redial, some hands are replaced, case condition is poor, etc........ don't spend any more time on it

The "Grand Prize" and "Automatic" script on the dial is copied straight from a Longines U.S. model.

no problem, and no offense intended, but if you were considering this as a potential purchase you need to do a lot more study of polerouters !! This forum is a great resource and people here are usually happy to help, so definitely check in before you actually buy something. Good luck !
