I'm missing the spring for the gear that rotates the inner bezel on this one. From what I read, it's a fairly common problem. The gear is present.

Anyone know where to find one or who can fix it? Possible to make one? Haven't shown it to my watchmaker yet.

thanks

Posting just to follow on this. l've been eyeing some of these aquastar models but was curious how has it is to track down parts. I've seen 2 similar models in vintage shops this year and both had issues with the inner bezel.

I would be very interested if anyone has a source or is going to remake them. I need at least 6. The problem is that anyone who doesn’t know these watches - and that’s a lot - removes the crown, takes the movement out of the case and….lost spring. I bet this has frustrated and confused many watch repair shops over the years.

If anyone can perhaps send us a good picture of one...

Or even better, allow us to borrow one for a while, perhaps we could have a watchmaker make a few for us? This is the closest I came to a picture.

And now seeing that a coil spring was used in this one. I think this spring was used in a Seatime..
