Maybe because his Eurowings Airbus is equipped with an optional Inmarsat antenna so it should be possible to connect to the on-board IFEC system....but I bet he is too busy oggling his new acquisition to waste time figuring out how to connect to it; rightly so.

@hansmaulwurf did the same BE-London trip when I bought my SMPc 8800 Was your reason availability or GBP rate? In my case it was both... No SMPc's where available yet in BE.

You mean from his EW flight back to Vienna via Dusseldorf?? Agree.... but from the timing of the pics this morning, I suspect he did NOT connect via the WiFi of the plane and simply sent it once on the ground in London.
