They're responding to our support requests very slowly, at this rate we might do a whip around and see if we can pay to send Dennis down to their Dallas datacenter to yell at them from the parking lot until they get their stuff sorted. 3 years solid uptime before this (1096 days), but you're only as good as your last outage.
