I had forgotten the PIN of my Calibre E4 and talked to customer service on the phone and they were very helpful. So I wanted to share the solution with all of you, since there is a recovery mode but the official documentation does not provide any help.
With the watch turned on, press and hold the crown and the bottom button for about 15 seconds. The watch will first restart and then enter Boot Mode.

With the watch turned on, press and hold the crown and the bottom button for about 15 seconds. The watch will first restart and then enter Boot Mode.
- In Boot Mode, navigate between the available options (such as “START”, “Restart bootloader”, or “Recovery mode”) using the top and bottom buttons. Select “Recovery mode” by pressing the crown.
- The watch will restart and enter Recovery mode. The display will first show a red exclamation mark on a red background. To enter Recovery mode, simultaneously press the crown and swipe up from the bottom of the screen. If it doesn’t work, repeat the step.
- Once in Recovery mode, select “Wipe data/factory reset” to perform a full reset. Note that this will erase all data that hasn’t been synced to your phone. After the reset is complete, select “Restart” to finish the process.
