E4 not booting up

I've had my E4 for going almost 2 years. Had a facer watchface on and the battery ran out. Couldn't make it home in time to charge. Put it on the stand, charger light goes on. Battery charging icon goes on the screen then switches to the red and green Tag Logo then goes black. anything else I can try to do to boot it up?

Top button and crown pushed together for about 10 seconds will hard reset.

Thank you Anthony. I tried that but didn't work. Placed it on a Cymru puck charger that I use for traveling and it started to charge. Once it reached around 30% I transferred it back to the TH charger and it started charging back to normal. Seems like the TH charger can't charge it from a dead battery. Lesson learned. Never run it to compete discharge. Thank you Cymru for being able to charge it this time from dead. Has this happened to anyone else? Curious.
