E4 Blank Screen

Hello, I've had my connected E4 watch on the charge dock for 6 hours, I dont seem to have anything on the screen, its completely blank, I feel it vibrate but yet nothing shows on the screen.

Anyone able to assist?

Its also not connected to my phone anymore so can't even connect it back to that.

@UKmember and @capo :

Try cleaning the charging contacts on both the watch and the charger by alcohol
