E3 Golf Edition: black screen with colored dots and watch all not turn on

HI everyone I am new to the forum. I purchased an E3 golf edition 45mm watch 1month ago. watch was in mint condition and only 1 year over on warranty . the worked fine for a few weeks and I was very careful wearing watch , did not wear at all to golf course. I did not overcharge it and sometimes would leave on all night. last week I charged it to 100% then shut down . When I turned it on , the watch face would not hold its position then I saw some texts/ data on screen then it wet black. I called USA tag center in New Jersey and they said to try the reset with crown and lower button pushed. no response . I also notice the watch heats up . Very upset and I really thought I was purchasing the E4 which I know as better processor and better battery life. I have collected fine swiss watches for 25 years and have a lot of knowledge but not sure what to do with connected.It was purchased from Heller jewelers in CA and I called and they said maybe tag service will help me for free?. I am calling Tag service and hope they will take in watch for an evaluation . I appreciate any advice from the forum to expedite the service and figure this out. Thanks very much Joe G
