Well no, but we are willing to pass the hat around and all pitch in if you need a tutor (note, a Tudor is not the same thing).

.... if you need a tutor (note, a Tudor is not the same thing).

And spell check will confuse the two. 😜

Spell-checking is usually provided at the web browser or OS level (it's better and faster to do it this way).

Firefox and Chrome have nice spell-checking support built-in. Mac OS also provides spell-check support in every application, since it's a system feature.

You can download the latest Firefox for Windows here (English-UK), or the latest Google Chrome here. We highly recommend our members use Safari/Firefox/Chrome for a better experience and improved security 😀

Edit: Internet Explorer 10 will also have spell-check, Microsoft is just really slow to join in.

I'm still using MS XP, I can highlight a word, right click, and get a spell check option. After the word is checked it gives you the option to spell check the rest of the document.

XP is fine, so long as you're not using Internet Explorer 6 (or 7) 😀

In case anyone is curious, the browsers we test and support for ΩF include: the latest versions Firefox, Chrome, Safari (on Windows and Mac), and Internet Explorer 9+. IE8 will also work, just not as well. Opera will work, but we don't test it (it's far too edge-case).

The browsers we most recommend are: Chrome, Firefox, Safari.

Internet Explorer is generally a pretty horrible browser, and by using older versions of it you'd be losing out on a lot of nice stuff around the web. You're also putting yourself at a far greater security risk by running out-dated browsers from any vendor. Everything server-side on ΩF is locked down to excessively paranoid levels.
