Entitle you to tailor your shirt cuffs to allow for a watch viewing aperture, such that other people can appreciate your Titanium RM010 in all of its glory, or does it just make you a massive wanker? 😵‍💫

No way, not unless I was paid millions to do that. 😲

Related anecdote: I tried an aluminum RM on in NY at the Timekeepers show last year. It was surprisingly comfortable and really good looking. In pictures, these watches make me snicker. On my wrist, that thing was completely cool. If I had $50,000 in my pocket I would have bought it.

Really! I'm not setting up a joke for later - it was that nice.

I know what you mean, there's a video that interviews RM somewhere and they explain how the watch movements were inspired by Formula 1 engineering and how that transferred into the designs, alternative thought is never a bad thing.

I agree with Dennis, they are comfy to wear, and can be mesmerizing to look at in the flesh. Not my style, but I can appreciate the engineering within, especially after getting to know one of their watchmakers.

That said... dude in pic = wanker

you have to admit the engineering is second to none. we've poked fun at the MB&F watches in the past, but look behind the stupid designs and you have pure talent and creativity.

Agree dude in pic= Total wanker !.

How about... peekaboo gloves as opposed to cuffs, just as good for showing off your timepiece while keeping toasty warm...

What about the Over-The-Cuff technique?

A novell approach, requiring no custom tailoring:

I think the Speedmaster is the exception to the rule, but only in extreme circumstances...

I think the buffoon with the 'glove portal' looks properly circumspect, even quite highbrow compared to the other simeons depicted in this thread.
