If you run into the wrong WIS-quack wearing one of these things, you might get atropine and epinephrine for your dyspepsia. And transcutaneous pacing. Just sayin'.

I've noticed that 95% of all of the vintage Hermes watches (of any make) on eBay come from the same seller in Uruguay. This one included. He seems to have a monopoly on vintage Hermes watches with refinished dials. Hmmmm.
