Croton (aka Nivada-Grenchen) is a good brand and the Valjoux 72 is a good movement.
These watches have seriously jumped in value over the past couple of years. Good ones are worth about $2-2.5k at the moment.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the design of their lugs. They're a bit too simple and undersized for my liking.

·I love it as is and the small lugs would be a plus to me with small wrists
