How do you like your Ochs and Junior? Out of my price range and not sure I'll ever see one in person, but they have some really interesting ways of rethinking classic complications. I think this one is really cool too. Both moonrise/set and sunrise/set indications:

If you're into tritium tubes, Ball seems to have the brightest moonphase lume:

I don't find it as refined as many of the other example s that have been listed, but it is affordable.

I do like the Tritium tubes on my Luminox diver. Haven't seen this Ball before. The tubes really make the moon silhouette stand out, though it's not as realistic as the Christopher Ward.

Sorry. I thought the criteria were moon phase. I didn't read the directions.
Treated myself in about 1989 to this. I loved the look at the time.
