NIce! The 19ASD version is a great watch.

Here's mine - a 1960 caliber 291 inside a reference 9025-2:

Thank you! It took a while to hunt this one down. The SM Calendars with bumper calibers 353 or 355 have the date at 6.

How hard is it to find a crystal with the magnifier at 12?

Don't know - never looked for one. I'll ask Jesse.

Really like the date at 12! I wonder why that isn't more common.

It's harder to read than any other location.

(other than the back of that watch, that is 馃槣)

In general I don't do gold watches (tried a few but they always get flipped pretty quickly) but that is just gorgeous 馃グ

Cheers,

Damn! I'm in love!

It's gone. Kyle got it and immediately flipped it to a friend of his. Actually, I got it from Adam (adam78) so it's made the rounds of forum members. 馃槈

Technically you already are - and before Kyle was. Flipping watches to each other is just part of the game. Vetting & enabling are a big thing. You've got a loooooong way to go to top Steve (Cicindella) though. He's responsible for spending THOUSANDS of my dollars. 馃榿 He also has dibs on the Constellation 2943. He calls it his watch and constantly reminds me to be careful with it.

Thanks for sharing.

Your Seamaster Calendar is a very rare watch. Is it in 14k solid gold?

Thank-you.

The case is solid 14ct, and the dial is 18ct.

Thanks.

The gold karatage difference between the case and dial, as well as, the calendar at the 6 o'clock position, makes this watch rather unique and sought-after, I reckon.

Thank-you.

Unique we're not sure of, but it definitely is rare. Sought after.... that I know from a couple offers I've had. 馃槈馃槣

Thanks for your opinion about the watch.

For some strange reason, I do not understand, as to why Omega did not produce this model in 18k solid gold case.

Thank-you.

I can't get the midget into the dollhouse without trimming the legs down a little, it might take some time depending on how quickly it clots...

I couldn't tell you myself, but that's the way it came from Bienne. Here's the entry for the 2757 pie pan Seamaster in A Journey Through Time:
