·does anyone know how to get the watch connected to this, each time I try there is a problem even though the watch is connected to the phone via wearOS

··TAG Heuer Forums ModeratorAnd the Connected app only works when you are wearing one of the factory installed TH faces. It’doesn’t find the watch if you are wearing a WatchMaker face... and I think the watch also needs WiFi connection

·Thanks, I spoke with Tag and after a few installing / uninstalling cycles I finally have it working.
