Clutch lever adjustment

Hello watch Friends!

I‘m doing a service on this russian ladys watch(Beginner). Before dissasembling the Watch i noticed that the keylessworks doesn‘t work. The clutch lever was fixed with a screw without a thread. It was stuck in the mainplate just like an axle. It seems to be excentric. So im assuming that it is adjustable. While dissasembling i noticed that the clutch lever was out of place(like you can see in the photo). My question is:1. how do i install/adjust it correctly?
2. do i have to fix it with locktide?

You just need to move it into the proper place in the sliding pinion...

The shipper bar (red arrow) needs to be in the notch in the sliding pinion (blue arrow). You’ll need to remove the yoke cover to place the lever properly.

yes i‘m aware of that but my question is about the clutch lever itself. It doesnt have a thread to fix it.

the setting lever jumper will hold it in place when its screwed down over the top of it.

I think I see what you mean: The screw-head on the top spins the excentric/offset pin, which changes the engagement of the clutch lever against the sliding clutch.

For your questions: On the 1st, I don't have a good idea of that. For something that old, I'm not sure there is a manual, and this is odd enough that it might just not be common knowledge. This might just be a 'set it to what makes sense to you when playing with it'.

For the 2nd: From the looks of it, you shouldn't have to use loctite. The split in the side of the lever appears to be an attempt to allow a flexture to hold it in place with friciton.

I agree with the above feedback.

As to Q1, put things together correctly but without the setting lever spring and adjust the eccentric to see what effect it has in clutch wheel/sliding pinion engagement. Try to get to know why the designers put it there.
Q2, The split in the circumference of the yoke hole is to provide spring pressure around the eccentric. No Loctite and no need for any lubricant on the eccentric pivot points as it will only be adjusted once or infrequently, but normal lubricant on the contact points of the clutch wheel.
