Clean, Original Constellation

Hi guys, since I'm on the search and guessing this may be for a while, i thought i may as well just post something in here. Looking for a vintage constellation, preferably with the pie pan dial. I am only interested in original, clean examples. Ideally, it will be a stainless or gold case with white dial but will consider other combos if they are in excellent condition. Anyways, if you're selling or thinking of selling something like this, please shoot me a message. Thanks!

That's a wise decision, rather than hunting to unknown and sometimes dangerous landmines ebay offering. I bought several from him before, including one Connie Deluxe Rose Gold. Very good experience.
Glad that the watch will be in forum family, too.

You might have to be more specific than that, Mike does have a few Constellations 馃槈

If it the 14K solid gold one with the mint looking piepan dial you've done very well for your first good vintage Omega.

Changed status of this thread from WTB to Found, take some nice pics and create a new thread for us in the vintage forum when you get a chance, and good luck hunting your next piece, nobody stops with one.

Good purchase. Mike hates it when he has to keep a watch.馃榿

lol thanks guys. Yes it was Mike's 14k solid gold with the mint pie pan dial. It was delivered yesterday and it looks even cleaner in person than in the pics 馃榾 I will post some shots this weekend for sure!

Even though it was more $ than i initially set out to spend, this seemed like the right decision. Good reputable guy on a great forum, where i don't have to worry about mistakenly buying one of the watches shared in the 'worst redials' thread... yeah definitely the right decision!

And it begins... since the connie is so dang nice, it definitely needs a more 'used' sibling that won't mind taking a few scratches here and there... hmmm maybe a seamaster, which is what i initially set out for lol

Macro photography usually emphasized defects. Better to let all the flaws be magnified.

I will post some shots this weekend for sure!

You better 'cause you're on the list of members who owe pictures. 馃槣

And it begins...

We hooked another one guys!

Oops, did I type that out loud? 馃榿
