Carrera 110.573 - spare links / replacement bracelet?

Hi - I'm looking to buy a Carrera 110.573 which has the original steel bracelet (see image) and will need a couple of spare links. Any thoughts on availability of spare links (an initial google search suggests they're not widely available) or if that's not feasible, what substitute steel bracelet will fit the watch case?
