Carelli Dial Question

Hi guys,

i like to ask for your opinion on this Carelli dial. Looks fine to me but i do need a second opinion if it is all kosher. Thanks in advance for your help.

It looks fine to me (except for a little schmutz on the seconds subdial). For the price, it had better be.
