7006-7000 Proof 27J June 1967, with original chicklet bracelet. This is my favorite case shape

On the wrist, the chicklet has a large gap between the endlink and next link on both sides which is due to the bracelet design At beginning I tried to flatten it out but it’s just the way it’s made I think

And my two 7005-7000 from 1969, white and black.
White one has original rail bracelet, shown in catalogue for both white and black.

Black has solid link Stelux bracelet which is very nice. I think the top endlink is a mismatch however it’s 1mm narrower

The C case on this reference if simple and wears nicely. But I think I prefer the heftier case on the 7006-7000 on my previous post.

Here’s my 4006-6010 from 1970
That one is on Dan's photo list, IMO the top 6010 on there.
Very nice 👍

That's pretty interesting. I had looked at his page but didn't scroll the entire length.
Appreciate you sniffing that out.

A quick thread bump with a couple of newish arrivals both a bit odd as their dials don't have a jewel count. First up a 4006-6070. This 17 jewelled Bell was sold in Japan alongside its 27 jeweled brothers, sneaky Seiko probably left off the jewel count so customers didn't realise they were 10 jewels short. Next up a 4006-7010 Business Bell. These were produced for a fairly short period but these white dials do pop up quite regularly, the gold and black versions not so much. There is a 4006-7000 Business Bell but those things are proper scarce, possibly the rarest Bell-Matic out there.

I saw Bell-Matics years ago and was always considering getting one but then I found out there are so many variations and it got a bit overwhelming so it's been a back-burner thing ever since. This was the one that got me interested in them but I know little about it:

4006-6031 I belive....

I thought I recognised that shirt 😄

It is indeed a -6031 - https://omegaforums.net/threads/seiko-4006-6031-bell-matic-full-set.62438/

Sold about 7 years ago for a pretty tidy sum, given its condition. The buyer was on here but hasn't been active for years.

Both very nice examples congrats. The Business Bell has my favourite case. Here is my 4006-7000 27J with chicklet bracelet which I sold recently with same case.

And the blue one these are such happy watches again another I sold and kind of miss both
