buying a watch overseas??? tarriffs?

i got my eye on a watch for sale on chrono24 that is in italy.

i was wondering of anyone know whats involved with buying a watch from italy these days as far as taxes/tariffs go or what i can expect?

the watch is a 1956 omega and will cost about $3ooo fefore any tax/tariff

What country it comes from is irrelevant. It is made in Switzerland and whatever the rate of the week is from there is what you pay.

Regardless of tariffs, I’d want to see much better photos of the watch before spending any money on it.

Right now it looks like a heavily polished redial.

That watch is a piece of junk worth a few hundred dollars at best, so in this instance the tariffs might have actually saved you some money.

What country are you in, OP? Different places have different taxes, tariffs, customs duties, etc. We'd need to know where you are.
