Bulova 12EBAC/Buren 1280 movement

I recently bought a Bulova Ambassador and gave it to my watchmaker for service, but there is a problem with a wheel in the time setting mechanism (tooth broken). He cannot find this part. Caliber is Bulova 12EBAC or Buren 1280. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

There is also a setting wheel for the same movement that is doubled. I'm not sure which one you need.
