Breitling Top Time on the bay. Opinions

My knowledge of these is on the steep bit of the learning curve. To the level of my knowledge it looks sound, except I wonder whether the dial is a replacement. Are there any opinions out there? I am looking for interesting watch options that aren't in the stratospheric price range.

Hi.
It is not the best out there to be kind to the seller.
- The hands and dial does not match
- Mint? Really???
- No way the movement have been serviced. There is remains of gasket goo all over.
- The Chrono pusher tubes have corroded.
- Reference number missing on case back?

Walk away! Wait....,,,, You better run!!

Here is one I used to own (for reference). Sold about a year ago right around the asking price;
