Breitling navitimer real or fake? Help needed

Hi everyone,

I like the navitimer but cannot tell if fake or authentic

Let me know your thoughts or things to identify during the purchase

Edit: net lagging, so dial is added

In my opinion it is a authentic Breitling NAvitimer. You can also check the reference number A24322 with Google.
I like the Navitimer also the special once or the with Venus 175 Caliber.

So you have to take off watch to use world timer function? But watch hands on opposite side. So need to use imagination?
