Bought First Omega - Hesalite Question

Bought a 35th anniversary Apollo XI. Longtime collector of Rolex, IWC, Audemars but saw this piece and fell in love. Watch is NOS, but I'm curious where and how much an OEM replacement crystal will run when I inevitably ding it.

Responses appreciated.

That is a great look. Any issue reading the sub hands give the dials and hands are same color?

Welcome to the Forum. Tell us more of you and watches. 😀

Ugly watch 😁 , here's mine

Mine is number 11 of the series, yours?

Super fit on the wrist, love this watch.

No issues reading anything on the watch at all. I fear my white-dialed 16520 is not going to see the light of day. Mine is 676/3500. Anyone know where I can get a Hesalite OEM replacement when it's time and the cost? I'll post my collection on here when I get a chance. Glad to be a part of the forum.

Jules Borel should have one. Hesalite can be buffed / polished instead of replaced.

Its about $60 for a new one, but 90% of the time hesalite can be saved, if its beyond a tube of polywatch a watchmaker can usually do a more serious polish to save it

Thanks. Cheap. This is some watch. Can't wait to have to wind it every day like its 1917. Kinda cool.

BTW, feel free to post some Rolex/IWC/AP pics, plenty of owners of all three on here too
