That might be the cheapest Universal Chronometre, ever. Very close to a Polerouter, but isn't.

The movement is worth the money by itself for spares.

Here ya go guys, came in today. Dial is rough but we knew that didn't we. This was for the movememt and go from there. She runs but not accurate so overhaul is a must. Gold cap is in great shape, bottom of lugs are worn in areas. Bad crown, pitiful excuse for a crystal and over polished case back.
All in all, for the price I don't think I lost out a penny. Can I find a dial that is the question of the day?
