Anyone Know What This Omega Watch Is (Vintage Womans 18K)?

My mother gave me this watch recently, it was supposedly my great grandmother's? It looks really really old and doesn't work at the moment but I am trying to figure out exactly what it is and if there is any value to it? I am sure it is worth something due to the fact that the bracelet is stamped 18K gold but not sure if it is worth more with the timepiece or just the raw material, hoping someone associated with this forum can help me out?

Take it to a jeweler and have it tested to see if it really is solid 18ct gold. A couple shots of the caseback (inside and out) and of the movement would be great.
