hi all

I very much like the dial of this watch, esp. the moonphase. It is a Tag Heuer 188.205 Edward Heuer Lemania Chronograph for the brand's 125th Anniversary (1985). From what I have found there are 4 refs with small variations.

Anyway, I am new to the hobby and wanted to ask if anyone knows about this ref and/or Tag Heuer watches from this period more broadly. Basically I'd be happy to buy it but want to make sure it is an ok ref.

The picture is just for reference, I have seen prices at around $1300 and up.

Thanks!

I'm not familiar with this reference. Moving post to the Vintage forum, as it might have better chances of feedback there.

You can find some information on it here in the Catalogs Repository: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TlwXaiqTPCv7i7e95kFxdW2NHin3xeRL

Look for the "1985 125th Anniversary Leaflet".
