·The dial is a non-starter for me, especially at that price.. And I think you're right, crown is replacement. Also the bottom pusher looks odd.. Not sure if its just been worn so much or what.. Hour* hand looks to have been relumed as well.

·In my opinion, the colour difference between hands and numbers lume might indicate posterior reluming... But this should be checked "in the metal" with a loupe or macro shots.
On the other hand, both dial inferior part and reset button have discolouration and obscure tone. Perhaps it is indicating a past humidity presence.

·I quite like that dial. Hour hand has been relumed, horrible replacement crown, and bottom pusher is either a replacement or has seen better days.
