I’ve been lurking here for a few months and with an Omega on order I thought it was time to join the fun.
I’m retired from the real world and have been playing in blues, southern rock bands for the last 15 years.

Yesterday I ordered a SS Globemaster blue dial from an AD, should have it in less than two weeks.

My only current watches are 1990 Rolex OP SS/gold and a Breitling B01 Chronomatt , both purchased new, the Breitling is 10 yrs old.

Will post pics of the GM when it arrives.
BTW, some interesting threads and a lot of great photos here.

Good choice, it is among my favorite modern offerings from Omega. Welcome to the forum!

The Deluxe Reverb is all original 1964, except for 3 prong plug and electrolytic caps, this is a test post.

Looks to be in great condition
I would put it at 9.5 plus, definitely in the collectable range, sounds incredible too.
I never took it on a gig, wasn’t worth the potential for damage but it’s great to play at home.

It’s refreshing to see someone shy away from the fashionable ‘road worn’ look.

Sounds like a pretty awesome way to spend retirement. Welcome to the forum, and great choice of watch. I was considering the white dial version this year, but wound up picking up a Reverso. The Globemaster is still high on my want list though.

I am an admitted techno idiot, is there a link to how to post pics somewhere?
