Advice on this tri-compax

Been offered this by a seller in Italy. Though I'm still learning what to look for so thought I would get your thoughts.

Told it has been serviced recently and all is working fine. Price though is 3,500 Euro.

As you suggest, the price is steep. Hour and minute hands are mismatched. Dial has some damage but looks original. It would be helpful to see the set of numbers on the outer case back.

Thanks for the reply. I've just gone back to him for some more pics. Going off the price and hands I'm thinking i might give it a miss.
