Just enjoyed a lovely coastal walk under clear blue skies and a visit to Blackness Castle - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackness_Castle -
Well worth a visit if you are ever in the area, a bit of history and great views down the firth to the soon to be three bridges.
No walk complete without the obligatory wrist shot + 1 馃憤
