In my opinion the best TAG Heuer ever produced. I had a chance to try this piece on at the Collector Summit.
It is super cool.

I haven't been a fan of the previous Rattrapantes, but this one is definitely a step in the aesthetics dept.

So clearly Anthony's WOTY then.
100%
Put me down for a 10/10.
Now all I can do is dream about ever owning one. I hope tou get a chance to see this in the metal. An absolute work of art.

Yes, I would love to see one... as I haven't seen any of the Rattrapantes yet!

It's certainly avant garde! I appreciate it for what it is, but the design is a little busy for my somewhat reserved tastes.

If these Rattrapante Monacos are supposed to be like the Supercars of TAG Heuer's line up, for me they totally miss the mark.

With many Supercars, there's an immediate lust factor. I'll dream about them even though I know I can never afford one. Not so with these Monacos, I don't find them attractive at all. I'll take a good old Steve McQueen any day of the week.

For all the effort that TAG puts into these and for the Supercar price they charge, the end result shouldn't be so polarizing. Just my 2 cents.

I think the whole super car thing is meant to be where the inspiration came from. The side view of the Monaco Air definitely reminds me of a super car.

Definite Lambo vibes. This is definitely the best version of this watch so far.

Don't get me wrong, the watch has many interesting details. I applaud TAG for their efforts. I know it has its fans, like you, and I respect that.

But as a Halo watch, for me it doesn't have that X factor of other grail watches. Such as the Rolex Daytona Le Mans 100th Anniversary for example.

Going back to my Supercar analogy, I'll use the classic '66 Ford GT40 and its successor '06 & '16 Ford GTs as examples of how I would've liked to have seen TH design a Supercar Monaco.

The 2006 Ford GT is styled very similar to the '60s original. It's like what the Monaco CAW211P is to the original 1133B McQueen.

The 2016 Ford GT is much bolder and dare I say avant garde. For me, it's every bit as lust worthy as the original and 2006 editions. I can't say the same for this Monaco, sadly.

These drawings are part of what Julien showed me at the Summit. Where the initial inspiration came from with this Monaco .

This watch is very cool, but I like the Las Vegas Monaco more. That's possibly going to be my WOTY.

I'm not sure if you're being serious or not.
