Isn't it funny how they make watches for certain countries but then they send them to other countries. And isn't it funny how you only find the Harrods Carrera on Japanese websites...

Thanks! I’m super happy about it. This really is the mental picture I had made when they announced the seafarer. I always thought it should’ve been on the 42 instead of the glassbox.

The navy dial is gorgeous in person. I swapped out the leather just to try it out and, I dunno, I might actually prefer the white. Wife (after rolling her eyes at my fashion show) disagrees. Thoughts?

Looks much better in your picture than it did in the render.

I think I like the original navy blue strap better than the white one.

The white strap gives it a fun maritime look. But I think my preference is its original blue strap. Either way, I also prefer this watch over the Seafarer.

I've been told the US has been allocated 6 of these.

I got the impression that it was a pooled allocation, and any US TH Boutique could get one in. A few days ago, a different Boutique (in a different state) told me there were 10 for North America.

So, not sure if 6 or 10 is correct, or if the allocation amount may have increased, or if 6 meant US while 10 meant US & Canada? In any case, it's a small number.
