Kicking off a new thread for the 2017 F1 season.

Thanks to @dsio for what looks to be a first look at the new McLaren colour scheme

In the second image, if you play with the contrast and brightness a bit you can see #14 on the side, and the Honda on the engine cover as well as Chandon and Castrol, this design agency didn't even bother to remove the decals before doing the teaser rendering. They're really lucky Ron's not still in charge O_O

You can never go wrong with a Martini livery.

Imagine that on a Carrera; or Monaco.

Absolutely agree. That would be an amazing collaboration!

I'm liking what I see of the new cars so far.

It's going to be a busy week next week for launches:
Tuesday - Renault (RS17)
Wednesday - Force India (VJM10) & Sauber (C36)
Thursday - Mercedes (W08)
Friday - Ferrari & McLaren (MCL32)
Sunday - Toro Rosso (STR12)

It will take some time to get used to the smaller wings.

It sure would. A Monaco with those stripes would rival the Gulf Monaco (CW211A).

They're actually bigger than last year Hubert. The rear wing is lower, but further back.

Good find! Somehow I was under the impression that this year the wings were going to be smaller. Thanks for the videos!

More interesting insight - I hadn't considered the additional stresses on the engine (as part of the chassis) imparted by the tires and new aero... good job I'm not an F1 engineer.
