Hi guys,
as my interests change, I've decided to part with a watch that has been an important part of my vintage watches rotation in recent years, my Omega flightmaster 145 026 from 1971.
I got this watch locally from a fellow collector in march 2023, I've enjoyed it for these two and a half years and now I'd like to move on something else.

Watch is in nice original conditions, honest and genuine, it was owned for many years by a civilian pilot of the Italian flag carrier airline.

The iconic, imposing 42.5mm stainless steel case shows signs of age, but it has never been polished and its radial satin finish is still clearly visible, as is the jet on the caseback. All the pushers, the crown, the bezel and hands are original and pushers retain their original coloration, while lume still weakly glows in the dark.

Original crystal is intact, with some marks that don't compromise readability.

Watch comes on original stainless steel Omega bracelet 1162/172, in very good conditions, suitable for wrists up to about 20cm, 22mm is the lug width.

Manual winding movement 911 was completely serviced in may 2020 and the watch works strong since. A proof of service will be included in the sale.

Please ask me via pm for any doubt about the watch. I will reply as fast as possible.

Watch and me are located in Rome, Italy. Given conditions I'm asking 3000 euros plus shipping everywhere within EU. Overseas transactions are welcome with shipping costs and modality to be decided with buyer.
Payment via bank wire strongly preferred, a face to face in Rome is possible.

I have some good feedbacks so far on OF at the following links both as buyer and seller, but plenty of references from other international fora and ebay can be provided if needed:

I have tried to provide photos taken in different lighting and environmental conditions so you can get an idea of the overall genuine originality and condition of this watch. But, before pics, thanks a lot OF for the opportunity and thanks you all for looking.

Alessandro
