1153: Confused by a couple things on this one

I haven’t seen many 1153s in real life so looking for some expert guidance here.

The lume plots adjacent to the sub registers seem like they might be in the wrong place (they should be next to the tachymetre) and are too big. Relume maybe?

The handset also looks off to my inexperienced eyes. The hour and minute hands look like they might be from a later execution (this is a calibre 12).

Would appreciate thoughts!

Could have been relumed, doesn't look terrible to my eye though.

Hands are probably OK - lots of mixing and matching of execution-specific parts during production of these. We see that a lot.

Good to know, thank you!

Looks slightly odd to me - second execution dial with third execution hands but otherwise the lume is in the right place. 500 Tachy scale is right for an early Calibre 12

Thanks for the reply. There’s just enough oddness to give me pause but don’t have good intuition around this ref.
